Find a good tailor and have them custom-fit your clothes to your body. It is a good investment that makes a huge difference. Pay attention to sleeves that are too long, shirts or dresses that are too big, and pants that are baggy in the behind.

Smart Water is the best bottled water I have ever had. I used to to be a hard core Fiji fanatic and swore off anything else. This water is the only thing that out-does Fiji for me. It is super pure and has electrolytes in it to give you extra hydration. It is a great thing to drink before, during, and after your workouts. It just helps you recover faster. Give it a try!
